Freshwater or Belle Azure, Imo. HTH

Freshwater is too light.

I'd suggest something like MAC's Deep Truth, Prussian (which may be too desaturated for your liking), Cobalt (a PRO shadow which does have a bit of violet in it methinks), & Smashbox's Ink.
