Applying Lashes to Others

*I searched and couldn't find a similar thread, so thought I'd go ahead and ask here.*

I'm doing my best friends make-up for formal and she's thinking about false lashes. I can easily apply them to myself, but I haven't tried on others. I was hoping to get some tips from all the knowledgeable people on Specktra on a good technique to apply lashes (both strip and individual) to others.

For strip lashes, remove them from the packaging hold them against the natural lashline BEFORE applying any glue - that way you can trim the strip down if they're too long. Then apply the glue, leave it to go tacky and hold the inner end with tweezers as you place it along the lashline and push them down so they're right over the natural lashes. You can have your friend either close their eyes or look right down. Hope that helps!
