In my opinion you can find all the vitamins in the food
I agree. Most people should be able to get all the nutrients they need by eating a varied and balanced diet.
If you choose to take vitamin and mineral supplements, seek advice where appropriate. Please, don't self-treat because you might face health issues. It is always possible to check the info about the pills you are going to take online (I usually use the canadian pharmacy site for this purpose). It is better to do a blood test to find out whether you lack vitamins and which ones.
