Are the Sculpt & Shape duos now permanent?

I couldn't find any info on here and there's a new collection out called "Sculpted Face" with these powders. I saw these out many years ago and haven't seen them back until now.

These are the powders with both colours in one pan in Bone Beige/Emphasis, Lightsweep/Shadester and Warm Light/Definitive.

Don't know if these are permanent but I'm tempted to get the Warm Light/Definitive duo for travel even though I already have the pans.

on MAC's website it does say that they are LE?
