Art Inspiration Challenge "Starry Night"

I accidentally posted this to the FOTD, so I am going to post it here in case the mod does not catch it

Ok, so I have always loved Vincent VanGough's painting "Starry Night"

I had a friend recently give me all her samples of loose powder shadows...wish I knew the names beacuse they are amazing!
