And I was just wondering what are some ways to put it on and where to put it on. Thank you.

it's for use on anything except for lips. i've seen alot of MAs using it as a highlight on their cheeks, and it looks way pretty! and maybe a little on the bridge of the nose for more of a defined highlight to the face, just don't use too much

Doesn't this make your makeup smudge tho?

you can put it over your makeup, but i wouldn't suggest that. it's a pain in the ass and requires alot of retouching to stay looking fresh/good

it you use too much it might make your makeup smudge, but if you only use a minute amount (which is really all you need anyway) it shouldn't smudge anything
