I'm so sorry to hear about all this. Starving yourself or going back to eating "jelly sandwiches" isn't a good idea. It's very unhealthy and can cause serious medical problems (heart problems, etc.) They got some good work out plans you can search on the internet or there are actually some good work out DVD's. I know its hard with a little one but use nap time as your time to work out. If you don't feel motivated just try and push yourself and remember your goal and that once you accomplish it you will feel a thousand times better about yourself.
