Bareminerals Bareskin Serum Brightening Foundation issue!!

Hi,
I have had Bareminerals bareskin serum brightening foundation since four months. My shade is #10, bare buff.
I love everything about it except that it transfers like crazy. If I even touch my face after applying it, I can distinctly see my fingerprint there!!
How do I prevent it from transferring?
I have tried everything, fingers, brush, and damp sponge but it still transfers.
I apply primer underneath, UD pore perfecting primer.
I use Maybelline Dream matte powder.
Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a general issue with this foundation?

I have dry skin mostly.

How are you applying it? (edit: forgot you answered that already!) How much are you using, when you're going to apply? Supposedly you only need a few drops of the stuff. That said: It could be that it's just not the right foundation for you.

I generally use two drops of it. Its quite pigmented.
Sometimes, depending on the coverage I need, I use four drops.
As you said, it could be that it might not be for me!!
I need an exact match to this shade in some other foundation. Till then, the search continues!!
