OK so I am not a girl blessed with being able to roll out of bed, zero makeup, and just head out no problem ... I need some coverage on my face and need some definition to eye area. BUT I know lots of cosmetics in the sun and water will just melt off. SO... what do you all wear to the beach when you want to look OK but don't want to melt? Also any good waterproof liner or mascara that won't leave me with black eyes by end of day? Thanks for all input !
