UPDATE: BeautyChoice contacted me and were highly apologetic about my experience with their customer service. The person I spoke with was really nice and talked with me candidly about changes in their customer service that they are and were undergoing. I'm going to re-do my video and update my viewers and everyone else I've spoken with about the situation.

Hello everyone! I recently had a horrible experience with BeautyChoice and a fake GHD flat iron. I'm trying to get my story out there to warn other potential customers. I've sent out an email to a bunch of beauty gurus who have promoted BeautyChoice, so they know the kind of service the company is giving to their viewers also. I've also heard of them selling knock-off Enzo Milano curling irons, so be wary of that also.

(I wasn't sure if I should make a new thread or add this onto the other BeautyChoice thread. I decided to make a new one because this is about them selling fake products and not really about their horrible customer service).

wow. yes beautychoice.com has always been known for shoddy service, but counterfeit products is terrible! i would be very upset if i had bought a ghd and it turned out to be fake. it also sucks that at first beautychoice didn't seem to want to help you. but at least you got another ghd instead. i also understand you are very annoyed because your product isn't a pink one. but realistically i think you're lucky that they even gave you a new ghd. they could have just fobbed you off and you'd be stuck with a broken ghd and that would be it. so although it is black at least it works and is a real ghd. i would be pleased about that. but thanks for letting people know what happened.
