Benefit Shipping?

Has anyone ever had a problem with shipping ordering directly from Benefit?

Nope and I have ordered from them for years.

However.....The order I placed for Dallas is another story!
I have not got a confirm email on the order yet.
I called and they said I should get a confirm soon.
I think I am going to call them back because I would usually have my order by now.
Seeing as I am only a bit over an hour away from here they ship I usually get my order 1-2 days after I place the order.

Go figure I just checked my Email and I got a Confirm only it's not a confirm of shipping. Just a confirm that they got my order.

I placed an order 12/26 and got a confirmation, but then nothing. I sent them an e-mail yesterday and next thing you know I get a shipping notification that it was going out that day 3 day select. I guess they forgot it. I just wanted to know if this was a common thing. Looks like it's just a holiday thing.

They didn't confirm mine for a few days. I remember ordering a lipgloss with a code for a free benetint, only I never got the benetint. Oh well...

I'm still waiting for the order I placed with them before Christmas.

I emailed them yesterday and I just got the Shipment notification today!

I've never had this happen with Benefit! They are always fast with their shipping!
I am a little ticked because it took them a week to get it shipped.
I could have just waited and bought it this weekend when I got the mall that has a Sephora.
