Best drugstore lipliner?

I'm looking for a drugstore brand that has really good lipliners. Anyone?

Prestige has good lip liners.. not sure if you can get that in Newfoundland, but I love their gloss liners, they're awesome.

Also, Wet n Wild has some creamy liners that are really nice. And cheap!

I used to wear a Rimmel liner called "Eastend Snob" and got so many compliments on it! Most of the time, I would wear it all over my lips with clear lipglass and was good to go! Also, don't know if any drugstores in your area carry NYX products, but I love their liner in the "Natural" shade, it reminds me a lot of MACs Subculture.
