Best Eyeliner???

I'm trying to find a black eyeliner that have a similar intensity of Feline Eye Kohl but doesn't smudge as quick or as much. Do you ladies have any recommendations of a good brand? Other colors is welcomed too.

the best eyeliner i have used thus far (from a drug store since i cant bring myself to actually buy a dept store brand of this) is the L'oreal Truth Color Creme Eyeliner in Black, or Brown for softer looks.
you just need a slanted angle brush. it doesnt smudge at all on my top lid and barely does on the bottom. love it

So, what's everybody's favorite black eyeliner pencil? I cannot STAND Revlon's ColorStay black that twists up; it is a bitch to use.

My favourites are Stila Kajal in onyx, this stuff has amazing staying power and Urban Decay 24/7 in Zero. Both are fab on the waterline.

I love Revlon's Luxurious pencils. They go on so smooth and last all day. They also have a really good spongey smudge tip for smokey liner and blending!
