Better texture/color payoff- Orange or rule? :/

I know they are not that similar, but I just want one that has better color pay-off and is easier to apply and blend?

I think that Rule is easier to blend, Orange is a little hard to work with IMO.

Is rule more pigmented as well?

Rule is definitely easier to use. As far as pigmentation goes, they are both pigmented, but Rule applies much better.

Orange is actually one of the smoothest shadows I own, especially for a matte. I'm not so sure about rule as I don't have it, but Orange is great.

I second this...except I DO have Rule...and...it's ok. I used to use it a ton before I got Orange...now it just looks muddy to me, and I don't like it. The only time I ever wear it is with Club...
