This was inspired by a look from ANTM from a couple of years ago. I added the blue and purple lashes but you can't see them too well :'(

I used (All MAC unless otherwise noted)

Stilife paint all over as a base
Slick CCB on lid only
Light Blue pigment packed over the Slick
A reeeaalllly old YSL blue on the outer cat eye
MUFE white loose powder shadow in 900 to highlight
Bitter under lower lashline
Wavy Blue and Light Blue pencils to create a 'tail' under eye
Aquadisiac to add colour to the pencils
MF LAsh Perfection on lower lashes only
Blue and Purple lashes in Breezy from Sally's
Maybelline Black Velvet pencil in waterlines
