Yes. It was never part of the regular line. It came out with the cool heat collection I believe.

Is it similar at all to Climate Blue or really different?

^Really different. Blue Flame is a Veluxe Pearl I believe and is closely related to Deep Truth. Climate blue is like blue+lavender with pink sparkles and fairly chalky.
