This is the last look in this series and for it, I went a bit dark. This is a look I've done before, but used red instead of blue. I don't think I've ever done it with any color BUT red until now, so here it is!
All I did for this one was use a dark blue cream eyeliner as a base, pack on the black - first the more matte, and then added the sparkly one on top (which really doesn't keep much sparkle once it's on). Then I used the tealish blue color on my inner corner. I also took some of the light shimmery blue to the edge of the teal, to help blend it out a bit. Easy peasy.
