Blue Hat Me At Hello #1

The first look in this series was my attempt at doing something I enjoy but rarely do. What is that? It's to add a bright color to the inner, upper crease area. I'm not sure why I don't do this much, I just don't. But I decided to do it here because the teal shade was just begging me to. Okay... Maybe not begging. Eyeshadow can't talk. But that was my first thought when I saw it.

So for this look I started by using an ELF cream eyeliner as a base (on top of my normal primer), and on top of that I used the blue eyeshadow that's on the left side of the palette, above the black. I applied the cream eyeliner to my lid and blended it out, and then packed that blue eyeshadow on top. In my outer crease, I used the darker blue next to that last one (also with a neutral contour color to help blend it out). Then on my inner crease, up to my eyebrow, I used that teal color I mentioned above. My lower lash line has that cream eyeliner again, and that dark blue from my outer crease.
