I filmed a tutorial for this, but it was a total fail. However, the pictures came out nice, so I thought I'd share. When I want a "smokey eye," this is what I do. I feel like blue works better for my black eyes and brown skin, better than a regular black smokey eye (which does nothing for me). Next time i'll try to make it really smokey using blue and black instead of blue and brown. Thanks for looking.
