I can't decide what I like more! What made the blue eye so sparkly? I have all those pigments and it doesn't look like that on me...lol

haha idk vanilla i suppose. for some reason mostly everything i do lately looks sparkly. i usually take my highlight down towards the inner corner so thats prolly it in combo w/ the cornflower. thanks!
