Bobbi Brown interviews?

Does anyone know if you have to do a make up demonstration for Bobbi Brown? Or any of the other brands owned by Estee Lauder (I know you have to for MAC)? Any additional information about any of the interview process would be much appreciated.

At the Nordstrom Bobbi Brown counter they have you do a makeup demo. They just want to make sure you can do a "Bobbi" look.
