Botanical e/s

Hi girls,
I want every brown-grey-silver-taupe e/s I see.
Sometimes I worry about tons of very very siminar e/s I store at home. Le's be honest: Most of them look very blah.

Is Botanical worth getting ? Is there a colour to compare? Is ist very satin taupe or mineralism?

well it kinda looks like sensualize or tempting kinda.. Looks darker than mineralism.. its a lustre. Satin Taupe is frost i think..

I thought Casino was a true gold? I swapped Casino with my mother in exchange for Amber Lights - I think she got the better end of the deal!

I was looking at Botanical swatches, but as always, i think I'll pass on it. At first glimpse I thought it was going to be a lovely pearly grey, but now that I know it's going to be a taupe-brown, I'll skip it. They always look muddy on my complexion, no matter how artfully applied. :/

Interesting, Sensualise looks very brown to me in comparison to Botanical. I'd compare it more to the likes of...Moth Brown perhaps?

But Sensualise does go on a very red-brown on me (I like it lots!), so that biases my opinion.

Ohhh, do you think it's very Moth Brown???

That would be a major reason to get it, because MB is my second best loved e/s, but I was too lame to get a back up.

This is what I'm dying to know. I never got MB, and I'm hoping Botanical might be the dupe I've been waiting for.

If you didn't get it.. it's worth buying.

It's kind of between Moth Brown and Coco pigment, the only two colors I have that I could compare it to, with some greenish tones. Looks good with Vex.

Does anybody know where i can find swatches? All i've seen is how it looks in the pot and I'm going to MAC tomorrow and i think i'm gonna get this one!

YES GET IT...i bought it an i am in loooooooove such a good color very easy to work with all in all an awesome color i find it is actually different from other colors that mac has....i love my taupes too but i adore botanical

Finally something different then!!! It looks tricky in the pot thats why im dying to see more pix or see it in person but it looks beautiful and so does love-bud....oohhh i can't wait!!!!

It is similar to Moth Brown, but in a Lustre...I did someone's makeup with it today and ended up blending it with Sable because it was too grey on my customer...

It certainly isn't gray on me, it's brown and it's gorgeous. I really think I must have a backup. And I am saying that about a lustre, which I hate. This one has a good texture and it blends like a dream. I didn't like moth brown because it went gray on me. This one stays brown. It reminds me of coco pigment, but not frosty. It is definitely worth checking out

It looked more like a gray on me. i think im gonna wait on this one. i didnt have much time at MAC today so next week i'm gonna ask a MA to try it on me!

I really love Botanical! its not like anything I have. And Sensualize is a dusty cranberry, not grey at all, IMO. Also, Botanical doesn't go on like a lustre, which is a plus. I loves it.

Did i hear comparisons to Coco pigment? How similar/different is it to Satin Taupe?

I just checked the mirror and this is still really brown on me. Satin taupe has more silver frost in it than this. This is really like a true brown on me. I tried to swatch it for everyone, but my batteries are dead

Botanical is definitely a must have color from this collection as it's actually different from the other brown/taupes that are already out.
