Brushes at mac

When you get a job for mac, say at a department store do you get brushes provided for you or do you have to buy all of them. Give details on what happens once you get a job for mac. All views appreciated.

We get brushes provided to us for our use on the job. We can choose what we like to put in our tool belt. Of course, many of us build a nice brush collection of our own over time! Thus, some artists use their own brushes at work as well.

At my counter I was given a belt with brushes already in them I've swapped with other artists for brushes like I dont really use the 226 brush so I swapped for some 217s.
