I just got hired as counter manager at a Macy's with Prescriptives, and I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of perks come with the job.
Like do you get product gratis?
Also, Prescriptives is a relatively slow counter in comparison to MAC.
What's a good way to really pull people in to show them how amazing the products really are?
I'm confident in it's ability to sell itself, once people actually take a moment to try it.
