Can I use Groundwork Paintpot as a smugde eyeliner?

Try it and see!

The best result would probably come from applying your Groundwork, smudging it out and then quickly patting a similar colour eyeshadow over with a dense round-tipped brush. That way you get all the smudginess and softness, but the powder will set the cream and the cream will set the powder.

i am sure you can use the paint pots as eyeliners (i used otherwordly once as an eyeliner using the 266) but i am not sure what you mean by smudge liner?

Groundwork may seem dark, but it's very sheer on your lid. I don't think you can use it as an eyeliner.
