CARRY ALL CASE TROUBLE !!! need your help urgently

Pleaseeeeee please please I need your help regards my new Carry All Case that I'm unable to unlock on one of it's sides. I'm desperate since I bought it yesterday on my trip to Vienna and have no one to ask about what to do with it 'cause I live in Croatia and we don't have MAC here. Do you have any suggestions on what else should I try in order to open it?

You could try a locksmith? I don't know; what does the case look like?
