Since it seems my searching skills suck
As a seller and someone keeps me waiting on a money order or concealed cash that never comes, can I leave a neg or neutral for them? And if so which.
Also can we have a suggested amount of time that sellers have to ship within, I've had sellers take 2 almost 3 weeks to ship
