Cheap loose powder for catching "e/s fallout"

I'm just looking for anything from the drugstore, namely Walmart as I am going there tomorrow for groceries

. All I need is something cheap, as its just to catch any falling e/s, sparkles etc, and brush it away.

NYC (new york color) has a cheap has this loose powder for $2.99 and you get a lot of product. it only comes in two shades but since it's used for catching e/s fallout i don't think the shade would really matter

if you can't find it @ walmart, i know that target carries NYC products.

I bought a CoverGirl one and it was $7.50. I wish I'd found the NYC one though
