I've always called that "Urban Decay Face" because all of their product demos use a cheek like that. What's funny, is I actually just used this technique in a video tutorial last night. What you do, is use a matte blue pink or a matte peach pink [blue pink for cool skin, peach pink for warm skin] and then blend over all of it with a little bit of an eyeshadow color like Mac's "Orb" what reflects gold/yellow/champagne [for cool skin] or a color that reflects blue/silver/pearl [for warm skin] and buff it out really well. This is actually my favourite cheek to wear and I do it quite often.

I find that Dior Amber Diamond gives that effect really quickly and easily; it's a morning staple for me.
