Chicago "new school" flapper

I'm new here and decided to send you ladies a look! Hope you like! For my look, I used Revlon's Illuminance Creme Shadow in Coastal Blue( I used the greyish color as a base.) Then, I used NYX Ultra pearl in black over my lid. After I lined my eyes with a black pencil eyeliner, I highlighted my eyebrows with the beige color from Revlon's creme palette.

This look looks blue, but it's really black.
