Hey so I am sorry to ask this because I know there a forum about this. I have surpassed the 50 posts and I think I have passed the 30 day requirement. How come I can't see the Clearance Bin =[

If you've hit the 50 post mark, as mentioned in the thread, try waiting 24 hours before contacting an admin personally. The forum is supposed to grant access automatically and sometimes it takes a little while.
