I work at Dillards and I applied for a clinique business manager position. I interviewed with the account executive and also had a talent plus interview on the phone the day after the interview. The woman on the phone told me that the next step would be to hear from my manager. It has been 10 days since my talent plus interview and I haven't heard from her. How long does it take to get a reply? Do you think I passed the interviews? What is taking so long? I would also like to know how much does a clinique business manager make? When you are hired do you start work right away or do you go to the courses first?
