clothing/ fashion "term" question

Ok I was online about to order some uniform pants and they gave me two options for waist fit...either "regular waist" or "tunnel waist". I have no darn clue what the heck thats supposed to mean. I googled it and asked some coworkers but no luck. Im sure one of you guys will know. Thanks

I think it has to do with an adjustable type band thing at the waist.

I am not sure about this but my friend said it's sometimes called that when you have pants or slacks that have belt loops made onto the waistband..that are functionable or just for fashion...

She said she has also heard elastic waist paints called that that have the hidden elastic

It's an adjustable band that can increase if you gain weight. It's hidden in the pants. Sort of like a belt but on the inside of the pants.
