hi every one i offen think that people living in canada or may be atlantic ocean, how they manage to protect there skin from cold? do they use cold creams or what do they do?

What is known as "cold cream" is generally a thick, oily cream used to take off makeup. It is not a moisturizer that protects against cold weather.

I know that Aquaphor and Vaseline are sometimes used in cold weather places under the nostrils and on the lips to prevent chapping.
