Any ideas on eyes and lips?

Looks like:
UD Asphexia applied with the finger (and sheerly)
UD Shattered applied with the finger under the eye (sheerly)
Black e/l on top with a cats eye
a blue eyeliner on bottom (NARS PARROT) and on waterline
MAC Vex on the browbone.

a rose l/s pressed on the center of the lip with the finger and then lipbalm.
