Combating oily skin

I think i may have the most oily skin on the planet seriously, my nose, my forehead, and my eyebrows look like i sprayed myself with baby oil less than 10min after my makeup application. all i do it wash my face with a light soap like dove, apply an oil free moisturizer, wait for it to settle in, and apply my foundation (mufe hd) and my powder to set (mac powder plus). Does anyone have any recommendations on how to combat my super oily skin weather it be oily skin product recommendations, skin care tips, or health tips. Btw I have sensitive skin and I can't use anything with fruit in it.

Monistat anti-chafing gel is a pretty good primer for oily skin. It has the same consistency as Smashbox, and works quite well for a $7 product. Also, Milk of Magnesia is a great primer for oily skin too. Also a $5-7 product.
I also use the Revlon Colorstay foundation for combination/oily skin and I think it really keeps the shine at bay. I used to use MUFE but didn't think it worked that great.

Per skincare tips, have you ever tried the oil cleaning method? Apparently this helps to combat oily skin (I know it sounds odd). Youtube it for more information. I never consistently did it, so I can't speak on it much.

Maybe see a dermatologist and a a specialist in endocrinology. Very oily skin can have several causes in fact.
I hope you'll find a solution.

That's a great idea I'm sure they would be able to tell me exactly why my skin is producing so much oil through out the day. Thanks

I've actually just purchased some oils to try out the oil cleansing method.

This is what my routine will be:

AM Cleansing:

Jojoba Oil
Avocado Oil
Tea Tree Oil - 1 or 2 drops only
Massage in like any other cleanser for 1 min
Steam off with face cloth until all oils removed

Toner:

Thayer's Witch Hazel without Alcohol

Moisturiser:

On cotton pad
Rosehip Oil - 2 pumps
Tea Tree Oil - 1 drop

PM Cleansing:

Jojoba Oil
Avocado Oil
Tea Tree Oil - 1 or 2 drops only
Massage in like any other cleanser for 1 min
Steam off with face cloth until all oils removed

Toner:

Thayer's Witch Hazel without Alcohol

Moisturiser:

On cotton pad
Rosehip Oil - 2 pumps
Lavender Oil - 1 drop

I learned a lot from PinkSoFoxy on youtube about it all. I'm intrigued about it so have decided to try it out.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7alfIwnd-o -- Introduction

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kEuemvPvT54 -- Her cleansing routine, I'll be doing mine based around this due to having the same skin type as her. However if you look in the Description Box she's listed a bunch of oils for different skin types.

She's in the US and buys from Vitacost -- I'm in the UK and I've found another place which makes it more cost effective for me. But from what I've seen, Vitacost is the cheapest in the US.

Hope this helps!

I have a naturally oily face. I am in my upper 20's but this has been going on since I was 14.

I have kind of a ball point nose. A regular nose with my tip like a ball. I am also brown in skin tone. Basically blackheads show up quickly and prominently on my nose. I tried strips but he removal took some on and some off. Also, they would come back withhin a few days.

Three times per week I use the Citris Clear Face Wash - it really works. It clears my blackheads, especially my nose for exactly a week. Its cheap and last me months too!
