coral lippy... what should i do for my face?

hey all, so i received this gorgeous lipstick---revlon colorburst in coral. it's sort of a hot red orange. anyhoos, i'm on a mission to make this my summer lipstick.

its like 1230 at night and i was about to jump in the shower and found this lippy and decided to play. haha

so ladies, what should i do for the rest of my face? i'm about a nc30/35ish right now. i have hooded monolids, so i am usually wearing extra thick eyeliner, but if i dont wear it, my eyes kinda disappear. how do i keep the focus on my lips but still make my eyes look defined?

btw the gloss on top is NYC lip sliders tinted lip balm in sugar angel.

What about individual lashes? I know it means more time getting ready, but I really like wearing individual lashes for extra oomph when I'm wearing bright lips
