d/c regular white pigment vs. white pigment (Pro)

Is there a difference?

The Pro white is a matte (called Pure White) whereas the old d/c'd White was a nice frost. The White which appears currently on the Pro site which is just called "White" is the old d/c'd one, but I guess they have some still lying around, because I've seen it in a Pro store recently. The site also had a couple of the old mattes on there before, but they're gone now. Anyway, long way of saying, one is matte and one is frost.

I just bought "White" pigment and it has a metallic sheen to it. It is not a matte.
