best dark blue eyeliner you've found?

(i'm in the UK as well, so there's a lot of drugstore brands we don't have)

Hmm, in all honesty, I have yet to find a really great dark blue. Instead I sort of combined two different ones. Usually (since I do this about four times a week) I first apply Avon's gel eyeliner in navy--which already is a dark blue--and then I top it off with back liquid liner. I try to make sure that the black eyeliner does not completely cover the navy. Lately, I find myself grabbing my Wet N' Wild liquid eyeliners more often than not.

I wish I could be of more help for a one-step process. You might want to try using Nehru along the lash lines, possibly wet. HTH!

I use Milan Minerals Eyshadow color in Black-N-Blue. I apply it wet with a concealor brush.

I like L'Oreal HIP Creme liner in Midnight Blue. It is dark blue with a beautiful shimmer!

I love MAC Blooz eye kohl, but it falls a very distant second to my MAC kohl in Icon Eyes (I actually think this may be a dark purplish blue) but it was friggin LE... and I am rationing this little stub of a pencil because I love it so much.
