Darkest blue/navy eyeshadow recommendations?

Two that come to mind are milani bella eyes in navy and nars dual intensity in giove. I haven't personally used them, but I know there are lots of reviews out on both of these lines of eyeshadow.

I've not used most of these, either, but here you go... Inglot #428 (Pearl) or #483 (Double Sparkle), Makeup Geek Nautica, UD Evidence (I have this one in their Smoked palette, and it's very stiff; I think the single version is better formulated?), MAC Naval. And if you're okay with loose pigments: OCC Loose Colour Concentrate in Technoir or Distortion, or MAC Naval Blue.
