Hello fellow addicts!
I've developed a new love for purples, and often use Violet pigment as an all-over-lid eyeshadow for a flash of purple, usually at work.
However, I've not found a lipstick I like to match with it during the day. I find the Liberty of London's 'Blooming Lovely' is too blue/chalky for daytime (even with gloss), Plum Dandy is too pinky and goldy, Midimauve too brownish...I need a really rich lilac colour. Please save me from boring lips!
For reference, I'm an NC15 (possibly pink-and-gold-toned but not peach) with black hair (recently re-dyed so darker than the below) and blue eyes, for your delectation please find a stupid-face picture below.
I'm in the UK (London), so have access to MAC (preferred), Urban Decay and all the usual drugstore choices. No Clinique please (unlikely, I know) as I'm allergic. What are Gleam and Captive like? Would Creme de la Femme be too pink?
