I would too. I'd contour the cheeks with a grey eyeshadow, too. Make the features appear more soft.
For the French Maid, my first thought was big, doe eyes and BRIGHT PINK glossy lips.

For the devil dangerzone MES would be perfect!
and for the french maid a nice pin up look. So liquid or fluid loner on the top lid only with a neautral eyeshadow and pretty pink or red lips.
