Different oily eyelid question...

Okay, I'm one of those people with the SUPER DUPER oily eyelids. The only thing that EVER works is UDPP and in the summer, even that creases. But my question to you ladies is, does anyone know what causes the problem?? I feel like I'm just treating it instead of doing preventive maintenace. Is it true that it's from the brow area?? If so, any recs on what use to help the problem from ever starting??

I have oily eyelids too and i found that by not using an oily eye-makeup remover, my eyelids were less oily. So now i use the cammomile gel remover from the body shop. Other than that, i have no idea of how to properly treat it! Hope that helps!
