I think I recall a lipstick like that from the Cocktails collection but I can't put my finger on a name off the top of my head. I think I have one though, so I'll check when I get a second.
Edit: the one I am thinking of is Martooni. It's lavender but not sure it has a silver undertone. I'll find mine and see. Cocktails was from 2001 so the timing is about right, although I don't recall if it became a permanent item or if it was only available as part of Cocktails.

It could also have been Pompadorable from Rococco in 2003 or 2004. That was a limited edition though, I am almost certain.
