So I've only been to a MAC counter at a Nordstroms once and I know they don't carry as many things as the actual stores but i was wondering if they carry empty eyeshadow palettes?
Do Macys/Nordstroms sell empty palettes?

nope. : ( the closest mac store to me is like 45 mins too. but they do sell them online now!! yay!

As far as I know, you have to get palettes from a freestanding store or online - they aren't sold at counters.

Nope, palettes are not sold at counters. You can however get them online or at freestanding or Pro stores.
