Do these brushes look dodgy?

Hi lovelies.. just wondering what you all think of these brushes:

I tried searching for her ebay name on here but I couldn't find anything. The ones I am interested in are 222 and 275.

They seem ok, but there's imperfections that I'm uneasy about. That said, I've noticed more imperfections on my newer brushes, so it could be a case of quality decrease.

I question the authenticity of the photos though - the photo on the 239 auction shows a brush with the logo worn off... hardly brand new! The 134 auction also has a brush that has the logo clearly sealed with something (nail polish?) again - I don't think that the brush on offer if they are offering new.

I'd query the seller about the packaging. They are claiming the brushes are brand new, unused and sealed. MAC brushes come in unsealed plastic tubey-bags, so that may be a giveaway if they aren't in standard MAC packaging!
