Does this 187 look genuine?

I have received this in a swap and it is brand new, however i found out that this person who swapped with me obtained this brush from overseas via ebay (she is based in the US, so i can only presume europe or asia). It didn't come to me in it's orginal packaging and it looks fine but compared to my other MAC brushes the handle is flat matt black as opposed to my other ones which have a little bit of sparkle to them. Let me know what you think

it looks fine.. some of my brushes dnt have a sparkle n some do like my 190 does but my 239 dont and i bought all my brushes from my local freestanding store..

I'm no expert but I compared it to both of mine and it looks pretty much identical. HTH

I'm not 100% sure on this but I'd say that in all probability it is genuine. The really accurate copies of brushes which are currently available don't seem to include the 187 yet although it's only a matter of time before that will change.
