Dupe for Shimma Paint?

Paints are what initially drew me to MAC. I wear them on their own. Since they're being discontinued, does anyone know an eye shadow or similar product that is the same as Shimma paint (a silvery purple taupe color)? I already have satin taupe e/s (darker than shimma). Silver fog pigment is pretty close, but not quite. Any recs would be MUCH appreciated!

good question.. I've been wondering myself. I have Shimma paint and was worried what I was going to do when it is gone!

I wonder how close the new Starflash Smoke & Diamonds will be? Otherwise maybe Sweet Sienna mixed with Silver Fog?

I just saw this at a CCO in colorado. I seriously considered buying it, but I hate hate hate how those tubes leak, no matter if I unroll the end or not.

I thought it looked a lot like Stila Cloud e/s.

Totally agree with Liv. If you have a CCO, definitely check it out. I went to one today & they had a ton of paints.

I emailed MAC, and a rep emailed me back and said that Fresh Cement shadestick is a dupe for Shimma paint.

Update 11.3.08:
I bought Fresh Cement, and it is nowhere close to Shimma paint. But I found that if you put NYX Beanie eyeshadow over Urban Decay's 24/7 Yeyo eyeliner, it looks just like Shimma. With any eye pencil used on my lid, I have to put one of MAC's paints down first so it doesn't crease.

Today I bought Laura Mercier's metallic creme eye color in Alloy. This is very close to Shimma. Shimma is a little bit more silvery, and Alloy is more taupe.

Update: Stila Cloud is similar in color, just a bit lighter. And MAC's Idol Eyes eye shadow over a pink base gives the color of Shimma. Electra eye shadow over a pink base should work as well. Hope this helps someone!
