dupes for mac vellum?

On my skin, Frozen White pigment kinda has the same effect and look as Vellum. It looks white, but when you put it on it gives a blue/purple effect. HTH!

Lark about pigment also has that white/blue/purple duochrome.

I know this thread is SUPER old, but if anyone is still checking: try N.Y.C.'s sparkle eye dust in Opal Sparkle. it's super cheap, $4 or something, and it looks just like Vellum to me. It's white at first glance, but has a violet sheen when applied. I LOVE it.
