I agree with Susanne -- this is an open forum and all have their opinion which should be respected. If one does not agree, it is simple enough not to give an opinion and just pass with a no comment at all. I understand your sensitivity and share it as well.. but I know too that the greater majority of ladies here are lovely and well intentioned. And we all share the same horrible addiction
You as well as many others have written me and given me help and support in the recent loss of my husband.. many others have not and that is their perogative. But, I will always be grateful to all who have shown their caring and support, and not only in this situation in many other situations as well.
Enjoy your time here -- and don't leave...eventually you will not even notice those who may not for their particular reasons like your opinions or ideas. As in real life, this is a fact of life and one must just learn to deal with it.

Metal Rock is super dark. I bought it waaaay back then and never wore it. On my cheeks it just looks liked shimmery mud (I'm NW25). I gave it my mom who's NC20 and she uses it as eyeshadow. That's the only way that MSF is workable for anyone under NC44 IMO.
I also wouldn't contour with it coz I personally don't like shimmery contour, an I want my contour to be slightly darker than my skin, not much darker

Lightscapade looks pretty. I'm so over MSF's though. I really wish MAC made more unique beauty powders, they are not frosty and don't emphasize pores like MSF's

MAC collections (dream or real!) are like farts and rainbows. Sometimes they have every color you'd dream of and could spend your life looking at with unicorns prancing around and butterflies in every direction. Others, you can't get away from fast enough...and even then some of the stank lingers around like the last fugly drunk dude at the downtown bar at 2am.

A little off topic, but wasn't Manson supposed to/in the works of creating his OWN cosmetics line?
And Borat Bikini!!!!??? OMFG I just about died laughing at that imagery! Ahahahahaha! Neon green/yellow! Amazing! Matte too! Or a Satin at most.
The Warhol collection idea would be amazing too! In palette form - aka - Manish Arora on crack!

Actually yes! In the Beauty of Color sub-forum there is a semi-annual lemming for Metal Rock and people (including myself) have written to MAC about it's re-release. There was a time when every time I needed to leave MAC feedback I would drop in a "by-they-way" line about Metal Rock.

I'd buy it! One of this paintings was amazing (its of a tulip I think)....I wanted it soooooo bad! I love his art. I'd buy the cosmetics too - I could totally see an amazing true blood red lipstick and some crazy eyeshadows!

It is sometimes difficult to communicate when you don't see someones expressions, tone of voice etc. only typed words, and this case not even words just a "smiley" that makes it even harder trying to guess its purpose here.

I just find it hilarious if there were a collection by Borat or even Brüno! I know it's not the kind of humour that appeals to everyone, but then again, nothing is.

I know it's probably been overdone but I'll agree with peachsuns and say a MAC x Alice in the Wonderland collection would be totally awesome. :X
